I like that it has more space. My only wish is that you can actually tie things to it. I actually used it on a trip around the countryside last month but it was almost brand new. The real reason is that it doesn't have much weight to hold things, so everything has to be attached to the back of the truck. I was able to do without it as my straps held everything in place and nothing was touching the extension cord. I think it's more of an insurance policy than anything else. I love how you can fold it inwards with the tailgate up and prevent things from shifting in the bed of the truck. Another thing I like is that it's light weight and aluminum so hopefully there won't be any real corrosion issues. The reason for the 3 star installation rating is that someone may not have the punch to make perfect holes for drilling in the side of the bed. Another reason for 3 stars for durability is that you shouldn't tie anything to it and it had pretty low weight retention when holding things in the bed of a truck.
