Review on Validity LLC by Patrick Reid

The best part of working with validity was their customer service team which always made sure I had what i needed when it came time for me or my clients install! They also were very helpful in answering any questions that may have come up during our project implementation process as well (ie- how does this work). Their pricing structure seemed fair at first but soon became expensive once we started getting into more complex projects such as network wide devices management/control etc.. We are now looking elsewhere because they simply did not value us enough after spending so much money training them over many months - especially considering there could be other companies out here who would do just about anything you ask if hired by your client!! I like that they are able to get in and out of my system quickly. It makes it easier for me to keep up with what's going on compared to other software. The fact that you have to pay for upgrades every year can be costly. You also do not have access to your data if you don't upgrade your subscription. I'm solving the issue of tracking my employees' time by using this product.
