This product is great. Most of the bad reviews here are from people who didn't follow the instructions that came with the device. And you can tell that Sony has gone to great lengths to ensure the instructions are followed. It comes in writing with pictures and they even give you a link to a YouTube video that explains in detail how to use the device properly. So bad reviews come from stupid people or music lovers who want sound quality that you obviously can't get from such a compact headset. I use it at the gym and it sounds great for swimming. It's certainly not Bose, but you can sweat, put on water, run, jump and fall and it still sounds great. It is worth looking for music during training.
