The support team is very responsive, they are always willing to help with any issue you may have.

They respond quickly when there's an update or new feature that needs attention from their end as well! I really like how easy it was for me (a non-technical person)to get started using this software. There were no issues at all during my trial period of about 2 weeks which made things easier in terms of getting familiarized myself w/the product before making our final decision one way or another. We tried several other products but found them too complicated compared to what we wanted out digital signage solution so far - vizansign has been simple enough even though its not cheap by today’s standards since most companies would want more bells & whistles than just basic features required such as scheduling etc.,etc..
