The spoon I received with the salt box does not reach the edge of the lid and is very difficult to remove for use. The photo shows the end of the handle on the edge of the lid for easy removal, but I got it too short. You need to pry open with an extra tool. This issue requires the spoon to be loosely attached to the lid rather than being inserted and flush so it cannot be stacked with other containers. Disappointing.
