I had a defect in the Portable Audio & Video
All connections on the back are exposed to environmental influences, which means no protection. This is an indoor speaker you won't want to take outside. My device connected quickly but with a boring and inconsistent voice prompt. I can't turn up the volume, but instead I hear my phone ringing. I'm not sure which device got all the 5 star reviews, but mine didn't do well to begin with. Very disappointed.
