Review on Pakkala Helsinki by Kevin Bucher

The support is fantastic! They have always been responsive when needed for any questions or issues we've had with their product (which has only happened once!). I like how they do not make you jump through hoops before giving feedback/helpful advice - just go straight there if it's something simple enough where an email would suffice instead; otherwise talk directly via phone call as well so everyone knows what was said & agreed upon without having multiple emails back&nbspand forth about things which may seem small but could get lost between people who aren't familiar w each other yet still need resolution ASAP? Also love being able send someone else work from home while working remotely myself at times too :) Great software overall though definitely needs some more development time allocated towards user experience improvements especially since this isn’t really new technology anymore compared tto say VBA etc., maybe even considering open.
