Video glitches/freezes due to some fingerprints!, .
Video glitches/freezes due to some fingerprints!, trouble turning it on, manual or remote, I had to unplug it to make it work, now it tells me it can't read disc I may need to clean the disc and have tried several discs/movies, even after running the video disc cleanup tool it still won't read! And I have the latest firmware update.
