The ease of use for both our employees as well as clients who are using it makes this program perfect! We have had no issues with any other aspect regarding its usage or benefits from us being able to easily share files in real time via their cloud service which helps when we're working remotely at times like during hurricane season/floods etc..

It can be used by multiple people so there isn't much room for error if one person doesn't know how something works - however they do offer live help support through chat (which I've found great!). There's nothing about sharing documents within SharePoint online specifically but you could potentially make your own custom applet? Also not sure what version was installed first because sometimes my computer will ask me "do you want projectshare" while i'm trying to open another document then get confused why two programs asking permission over eachother?! But once opened up everything seems fine otherwise!! Great solution especially since most companies require Microsoft.
