The best part about next row is their support team! They are so helpful when you have questions or want to make changes that aren't immediately obvious. It's easy for users (even non-techies) to use this platform - it makes sense once they've clicked around enough. I wish there were more options available for payment gateways; however, we're able to accept credit card payments through Stripe without issue at this time. We also don't currently offer other types of payment methods like PayPal because our target market doesn't include those customers yet. This has been very beneficial since many businesses only allow cash transactions due to HIPAA laws.
