These lights were great to start with - bright enough but not super bright. I bought a few because they appeared to be well made and worked well. The first one failed a few months ago - the battery no longer held a charge. Others didn't last as long over time, ending up with less than an hour on a full charge in sleep mode. Now all but one are at the point where they won't hold a charge at all, and the one that still works only lasts around 45 minutes - not even enough for a single bike ride. So, within a year or so, all the batteries failed. If I had the ONLY lightbulbs and used them every day or even every week I would understand but although I use them regularly I would estimate that they wouldn't even last more than 25-30 charge cycles. I have other flashlights that still work after 2 years and 75 or more charge cycles - cost a bit more of course.
