These drums were sent to me defective! I've had my printer for 7 years now and haven't used it much. I think that I will go further and change the drums due to age, although on the machine so far the drum resource shows 62%. It was a big mistake to order these "real" drums. At the moment of the installation I got the error "Printing not possible 1A". Thinking I had the drums in the wrong place, I took them out and put them back in. The error is gone. 2 weeks later the error reappeared. This time I followed all Brother's instructions to clean the machine but to no avail. The error persists. Eventually I tried putting my old drums back on and the errors were gone. Be ashamed of selling defective products as genuine Brother parts.
