Bought by Revain a few months ago to replace the factory BOV as it increased the thrust. It worked fine for a while (I thought) until I set it up. My tuner told me he was having trouble maintaining consistent thrust and suspected my BOV was leaking. I pressurized the system and indeed the BOV was leaking. I contacted Turbosmart and spoke to their customer service (Kristen I think?) and at first thought I'd take care of how quickly they would respond. However, I soon realized that they would not help and continued, as they say, "beating around the bush". I soon discovered that they offered an o-ring repair kit and asked if they thought it might help my leak. They told me it was possible but didn't offer to send me one, just told me to pay for it. After giving up hope that they would offer a warranty, I decided to fix it with the o-ring kit they sell and just pay for it. I went to the website and tried to buy it and it cost me $45 to ship it. I emailed Turbo Smart again and instead of offering me her help she told me the website must be broken and it had to be bought by someone else and suggested Rallysportdirect. I emailed them and they have no idea what kit I am talking about and when I sent them a link to it they said they don't have it. Now I'm stuck with a 4 month old $155 BOV leak.
