Hm. I either have the longest lasting shower or the hardest water in the US!

I really wanted to like that. I actually only bought a Black and Decker drill to use this tool. First, the 3/8" chuck (or whatever it's called) on a power drill is a slightly different size than the brush, so the chuck slips and makes a rattling noise every few turns. Anyway, I'm very disappointed. the hardest water in the US (we're in Houston and I know it's pretty darn hard) or the most durable shower. We bought this house a few years ago and it was just like 1992: TERRIBLE! I have a nice 4 - 1 inch glossy white tile with white grout. wrong, or should I say beige-brown joints. It's terrible. Unfortunately, the renovations are expensive and I'm slowly working on one room at a time and we haven't made it to the main bathroom yet: However, all bathrooms are nightmarish and have the same ugly white Azz tiles and grout. I was really hoping that this thing would be an improvement and to be honest the difference isn't that big. Like, barely noticeable and the back hurts from a long incline. Maybe someone has a suggestion for a strong cleaner that might make a difference? I don't know but $55 was wasted.
