This product has a lot of features, it's easy to navigate between screens. We have had trouble getting some of the features we want working. There are too many different ways to do what you need done and its difficult to find out how to do something without doing hours of research. I highly recommend this system for any practice looking to improve efficiency and get better outcomes for their patients. The benefits are that there are a lot of useful features that allow us to be more efficient and save time on administrative tasks. For example, the ability to send billing notifications via SMS instead of emails saves so much time in the busy office.
