One stop shop solution plus excellent customer service

As a health care company, Compulink is known for producing some of the best electronic medical records and has a product line that fits every need. The benefits of Compulink are a great product and pricing. The product is very intuitive and easy to use. I love using the software on a daily basis, but the features are a little dated. For example, when I was having billing questions, I had to go to the website to find answers. I hope the development team will be able to keep up with innovation in

SmartPractice has been a much-appreciated program for our practice!!

The best feature of this program by far has been that it allows me access from anywhere, even my phone or tablet! Even though I have used other programs in past years (such as Epic), they were not nearly so user friendly nor did their features make them more flexible than what can be done with SmartPractice alone--and at such low cost!! And there's no need for any additional licensing fees beyond those already paid out-of pocket when purchasing our practice license package through Cigna Health…

Convenient software with great potential

This product has a lot of features, it's easy to navigate between screens. We have had trouble getting some of the features we want working. There are too many different ways to do what you need done and its difficult to find out how to do something without doing hours of research. I highly recommend this system for any practice looking to improve efficiency and get better outcomes for their patients.
