The best feature of this program by far has been that it allows me access from anywhere, even my phone or tablet! Even though I have used other programs in past years (such as Epic), they were not nearly so user friendly nor did their features make them more flexible than what can be done with SmartPractice alone--and at such low cost!! And there's no need for any additional licensing fees beyond those already paid out-of pocket when purchasing our practice license package through Cigna Health Solutions/Compulink LLC!--this makes things much easier all around since we're still using most major insurance companies' products but without having separate contracts negotiated separately each year like before.--it was easy enough after just one meeting between myself & staff members who work here full time during regular hours AND parttime evening / weekend shifts while being able too keep up wtih patients seen outside normal office timeswewithout missing anything important --allowing.
