Arrived very quickly, very easy to install. Unplug the oven, loosen the two small screws (1/4 or #2 square drive) and tilt the old element up while slowly pulling it out until the two contacts open. Loosen them very carefully (friction fit) so the wires don't fall through the holes. Once the old element is removed, clean the oven while it's easy and make sure the wiring and contacts aren't rusted or damaged. Reassemble it in reverse order, remembering to tilt it when inserting. Tighten the two screws and turn on the oven. If it works now, you've just gotten rid of a very expensive support call and it won't take more than a few minutes to get your oven up and running again.
