Carrying essential bike tools and, in my case, a first aid kit in a bottle cage is a good solution when you don't have room for your pannier on the seat post. Nice, comfortable case. Snaps and locks into a regular water bottle cage. As with the "divided compartments" the bottle has a cup-sized white insert for small loose items or, for example, as a drinking cup in a fountain. The overall size and capacity is small to medium, but perfect for short trip essentials.
