The ability that they monitor our products is key in providing us an early warning system when things go wrong/offline; this allows me enough time get my IT team aware before clients are impacted negatively by downtime caused during planned maintenance windows (which can be quite long). They have not been able at times to identify issues which has resulted either into them being unable tp correct it themselves OR needing support from third party providers - both costly options! Their customer service skills need improving & I like how easy it is set up when you have an account already in place from another vendor (like Salesforce). It's not intuitive at first but once setup its very straight-forward! We use this product along side our other products that are more "traditional" so we can easily see what they're doing without having them open two separate windows/tabs etc..
