The ease in which I can communicate with my clients from home has made me feel much safer doing so than if they were local farmers out at our booth! Being able to do all these tasks remotely while also being involved in running an agriculture show every year means that we are getting great exposure without having to go physically there; plus we’d never be late picking up children or dealing with traffic!! There aren't too many features but those few ones make such a life-saver; just imagine not worrying about missing calls due to distance/time differences and know you'll get everything done even faster when working online (especially important considering how small this industry gets.) I like that this program has so many different features in one place! It allows you access from anywhere via your computer or phone (tablet). The user interface can be confusing at first but once we got used to using our phones instead of paper forms things were easier than expected!! We are able to easily update information online without having someone drive out site seeing us do paperwork each week when doing crop inspections - which was very tedious before farmersweb became available/easy-to-use;-).
