It is easy for management to use once they understand it, there are no features that I dislike or didn't like as much as other companies have. The support team was very helpful with any questions we had about how everything worked. It's not always up to date when things change in labor law but they do try to keep you informed of those changes so if something comes up then you know what needs to be done. This is great software but makes sure to read all information carefully before implementing into your system it will save time from having to go back and fix problems later. We used this product to make sure our employees were complying with Federal and state laws regarding hours worked per week and overtime pay.
