Pigmented & easy to use.
This is the refill only, it didn't come with the stencils, which is fine since I have some. The color is important make sure you get one close to your natural color or the color you are going for atleast. It doesn't take a lot. It is easy to overdue it so it make take some practice. You can also use eyebrow brushes to apply it directly if desired.
