Review on sunnyreports by Dre Bhatt

I enjoyed using this application for almost two years now, it's not as user-friendly/intuitive as the other applications that come with the same price range (we pay monthly). The support team are quite responsive though! There was no real problem at first use but after few months we realized how difficult it can be to understand what all these buttons do and which one should work. That's why most of our customers ask us if they could purchase another report manager so they don't have to learn how to navigate through the system anymore. We used the reporting features primarily to know where traffic comes from, who visit the website and how many pages each visitor uses before leaving.
