I like that it is very organized, easy for reporting purposes as well as tracking jobs in progress or completed. The system can be confusing at first but once you figure out how everything works there's really not much else to dislike about this product! This has been great when trying to track our field maintenance staffs job duties versus overall project completion dates vs actual time spent completing tasks - all with one database so we are able to see where bottlenecks may occur and what needs additional staffing/resources. We're also using the program to keep track of projects within each department such as landscaping, groundskeeping, etc.
