Review on πŸ“š Portable Adjustable Laptop Stand - Ergonomic Foldable Notebook Riser for MacBook, Dell XPS, HP in Silver - Enhance Your Workspace! by Nick Howard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It bent a little at the bottom main loop and pin at the base and then broke. UPDATE SOLVED!

UPDATE: About 3 months later I received a message from the seller saying he was sorry for not replying sooner. They said it shouldn't have broken and it was their fault, they offered me a new laptop stand or my money back. I said if they had a stand improvement I would agree but if not I would agree to a refund. They are about to get my money back which suits me and says a lot about their business I wish them only good business for their responsibility. Thanks for the answer! I liked the design and it worked well for more than 20 days. Until the base metal (one on each side) containing the main hinge and hinge pin broke and my new laptop nearly fell to the floor. An imperfect design is in the area of the hinge where the pin goes through the metal because the hinge is too thin and the metal can bend and break in use, causing the hinge to fail. The metal is aluminium, which is fine, but it needs to be a lot thicker to be strong, especially around the hinge area to prevent breakage. I wrote to the company through the Revain seller connection and even sent photos before the 30 day deadline but they have not responded since I sent the photos. If you value your laptop, make sure this doesn't happen to you. I just wish I didn't have to leave negative feedback but after about three weeks I feel like I won't hear from them to resolve the issue with me. If they do the right thing with me I'll give an update but I'm not holding my breath as I feel like they really don't care! Buyer Warning!
