Our unit arrived with a faulty humidity sensor that was 9% too low right out of the box. I tried removing it and cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol, suspecting flux. It's just poor quality control. Electrical design aside, it'll rock all day once it hits what it thinks is the right humidity level, which is actually a lot higher than it really is. Otherwise, the design is decent, but we're afraid to replace it with the same one because if they couldn't check the quality of the tiny snapping part, it's still so bad that upon return it immediately stops working. Period? Too bad, otherwise it would be decent. Just another cheap product that wastes our time and energy and harms the environment by going straight to landfill.
