Review on 🪓 Fiskars 04570000900 Axe & Knife Sharpener, Black - 78616984J, 1 by Jason Unruh

Best/easiest knife sharpener I've ever had. Use one at home to sharpen my ax and Freecar knives and one at work for my kitchen knives and everyone loves it. I don't know why this thing isn't rated better than it is. I've seen several comments about not accepting most axes and sledgehammers. First off, it's not even advertised as a hammer sharpener. Second, it holds a Freecar cleaver very well as I've used it several times and it always makes a very sharp edge. The ease of use is phenomenal. I've tried other sharpeners in this price range and they all seem "weird", unsafe, require you to sharpen at a weird angle, hold your hand very close to the sharpening action, etc. In this case you just slip the knife /the axe. through the steering wheel, back and forth, and that's it. I also like the comfortable raised hem that keeps your hand from "slipping". People are right, ALL axes may not be sharpened. But I bought this specifically to sharpen my highly recommended and highly rated Friskars axe.
