I threw out the bag and stuffed it in the bag on the seat post, had no problems, the poles fit easily. I wanted to see how easy it was to set up when I was tired and in the dark so I timed my first attempt without instructions, it took just over 2 minutes for the main tent, another minute for the fly. Making it live after figuring out what I was doing only took 1 minute. The poles are great, they almost assemble themselves and then the plastic hooks connect the tent to the pole so no old poles are threading through the material. Just walk in and the double zips on the door come in handy. I'm 6ft 220ft, my head touches the top when I sit, my shoulders almost touch the sides but I fit perfectly as I have room in my legs for clothes, charger, shoes etc. The tent is almost perfectly breathable with no flies and was good on hot days, with a fly I was comfortable with a summer sleeping bag and 40f outside. It hasn't rained so I can't comment on that but will update if I get anything. I can't think of anything I would change.
