Took this bag on a day trip. I added 2 ice packs to keep our fruit and water cold. After 12 hours our water was still cold and the ice in the bag had partially melted. There is also no condensation on the outside of the bag. Another time I kept a hot snack in a bag. After a 15 minute drive home the food was still hot. I also kept another styrofoam with food for a few hours and it was warm enough to eat as well. Yes, I recommend this bag for travel and anyone involved in the grocery delivery business. 6 large styrofoam containers easily fit in.
