Put this on a 2014 Subaru. Center it at the top and work it down the sides. Slip the bottom of the outside of the cover over the top of the bottom portion of the wheel, then just sort of twist the rest into position. Make sure the edge of the cover isn't folded over to the inside when you try to slip it over the wheel. I think some of the folks who've had trouble installing didn't get the right size. Measure the diameter of the wheel before buying a cover. This Subaru measured 14.75", so this cover fits tightly, but wasn't that hard to install. Took all of 5 minutes. I didn't center it properly the first time, so took it off and did it again. No problems.
