The description is a bit confusing as the tool is shown as both 13.7" and 12". I measured it and from the center of the 3/8 square to the end of the handle it is 11.75 inches. So it's an improvement over my old 9 inch jackhammer. I don't see any difference in quality between my expensive instrument and this cheap instrument side by side. piece of pipe) above the crowbar handle for extra leverage.
