Using BELTAWAY has been a frustrating and unpredictable experience for me. As a fashion and sports fanatic, I was eager to try their wares, but I had a lot of trouble using their web site. To begin, their website is badly made and confusing to navigate. The website was confusing to use, and the search tool returned inaccurate results when I tried to locate specific items. I also experienced issues finishing my transaction because of the checkout process. In addition, there were problems with shipping my products. Inadequate packaging led to prolonged delivery delays and damaged shipments. I called their customer service department for assistance, but they were unhelpful and unconcerned about my problem. The things themselves were also of poor quality, to my dismay. The clothes and accessories I ordered were of poor quality and did not match the website's description at all. The shoes I bought began to fall apart after only a few wears, and the jewelry I received was flimsy and gaudy. In conclusion, I would not suggest BELTAWAY to anyone. The items sold on their website are of low quality, and shopping there is a risk. The interaction with customer service was also frustrating. My dealings with this firm have been negative, and I will not be making any future purchases from them.
