Best in class link prospecting tool with excellent customer service
The best thing I liked about linkingnews was their support team who were always very helpful when we ran into any issues or questions along way! Sometimes it can take longer than expected for them send out releases but nothing terrible like other companies where they dont even respond if its sent through correctly (or at all). Great product great value would definitely recommend this software!! Sending my clients links via email has become so much easier now as well which saves me time plus makes things tidier too.
Pros
- Fast usually get responses within an hour to resolve issue fast with helpdesk staff also being super friendly & easy going
- Wide range/scope in features, some paid services are not required
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
