I'm 24+4 weeks pregnant, 5'4' 190lbs with a large bust, and I ordered XL. The train is beautiful! Worth every penny. If you are 34DDD+ I wouldn't recommend going down a size because as you can see I filled this all the way out in that area. I love it and can't wait to wear it for my maternity shoot!
