Great Solution For Customer Service Software

I like how easy it was to set up, as well as use once we were all trained! It's very intuitive for anyone who has used other CRM or customer service software before (like Salesforce). The reporting could be better in some areas - but not enough of an issue where you would have trouble using this product overall compared with its benefits vs cost/features ratio. This tool helps us keep track if our customers are happy about their experience at one point during purchase process from first contact through final resolution / follow-up.

Pros
  • Also great support via phone calls & remote screen sharing so far which enabled me get help quickly over email rather than just text chat alone..and also quick turnaround between initial request submitted online thru call center agents etc.etc..to getting back answers within 24h
