I don't know how I used to live without something like this! I use tons of zucchini instead of pasta at meals because I'm gluten intolerant. I make "zoodles" by hand all the time. But it cut my time in half! It's very easy to use and not too difficult to clean! I had imagined it to be much more difficult, which is why I put off the purchase for so long! I love the different blades it has which makes it a lot more versatile and definitely worth keeping in my closet! This is a durable product, I don't expect it to break.
