Poor quality office electronics

Bought 3 of these printers. All worked fine initially, but after 6 months the loading door would not close on any of the printers I had purchased. I asked the company for permission and after promising to send new doors nothing was sent. More than 3 months without support. They will not honor their "guarantee" so just be prepared if you decide to buy printers from this company. If Scangle solves this problem for me, I'll go through this review again.
