Oh oh oh. I ordered this because I have moderate back pain and was in dire need of relief. The little bumps on the piece are incredibly hard and dig into my back. I don't feel any stretch, just pressure in my back. I put a small towel over the ledges but that didn't help much. It's not very strong either - there's a weight limit I guess because at 270 the rear end just flattens out and doesn't stretch. spine. I tried the two higher tiers (I was curious) and they were painful too. Overall it didn't help me and gave me more back pain than when I started. I can try again but it was quite painful.
