I ALWAYS (2.5 months) waited for them to arrive in the mail. But when they arrived. it was a revelation. I've used cheap Target brand filters and they just didn't fit my Kalita well and sometimes I got messy when pouring over and the filter fell off and the coffee grounds got into my drink. It's just such a beautiful experience to use wave filters. It really is like that. I wasn't sure if that would make a difference - and maybe it's just an aesthetic difference - but my mornings look a lot more composed with a filter that IS SUITABLE. I'm not a coffee snob, I just love the elegance of the whole pour over system and how little it needs cleaning compared to using a French Press when just making coffee for myself.
