The quality seems good and they are really red! I just received them, I wanted to use them to prepare medical masks for sewing and donation. I wanted a large quantity, so the promised quantity of 120 met my needs. Today I received the bag. It was packed in a small zippered bag. I was like, "How can there be 120 people here?" So I counted. Yes, I have 38 pieces. So for me that's a big NO.
