Review on 🖥️ eKL HDMI KVM Switch: Dual Monitor Extended Display 4K@60Hz, Audio, USB 2.0 Hub - PC Monitor Keyboard Mouse Switcher by Gerard Hudson

I don't usually write reviews but this product is useless to me. I bought this KVM switch to switch between my Dell work laptop and my personal home computer and have been using it regularly for over 3 months (I had to return it the same month). Half of the success was getting both monitors to show up when I started up my work computer each morning, constantly unplugging and plugging cables and hitting the reset button multiple times to get it working. I've tried using a less bright standard USB 2.0 keyboard thinking it might be power, tried various known working HDMI cables, and even tried a different power supply with the same requirements. I made sure my laptop was always plugged into the charger and when the computer went to sleep one of the monitors (one or the other) would turn off and only turn on after restarting again. I can't stress enough how inconvenient it is on a busy day when you need to take calls and help end users. I have contacted the support/seller with my troubleshooting steps and just got a response with the same suggestions/troubleshooting steps I've already tried, my month has already passed by this point and I haven't jumped through hoops after a joint reply. It's currently not showing anything at all, so my $120+ investment is gone. I don't expect it to come with all the bells and whistles of a premium product, but I at least expect it to work as intended/advertised.
