So far this has worked very well for me. The user guide answered almost all of my questions about disabling auto scan, auto detect, and beep. I contacted support to ask how to disable the feature that toggles between mouse wheel press and left or right click inputs. They instructed me to just plug my mouse and keyboard into USB ports not labeled mouse/keyboard and it worked like a charm. Answered my question succinctly and in less than 15 minutes.
