Review on PureSec Replacement Diverter Kitchen Countertop by Hector Sosa

I had to use pliers to loosen the lever to make it work but once I did it worked fine and I'm very satisfied. However, for those who don't have the tools or the strength to get started, this should be a problem. Unfortunately I returned 2 previous purchases because I couldn't turn the lever and I was afraid of damaging the item. This time I said to hell with it and now everything is fine. I don't understand why on earth manufacturers would want to make their product almost impossible to use. The first of these valves I bought years ago worked great right out of the box, so why don't they all work? But now I am very happy with my purchase.
