When you get a new HVAC system in California, a city inspector should come to your home. This inspector will require homes to have a smoke detector in every bedroom as well as carbon monoxide detectors on every floor. This First Alert block should satisfy the inspector and also gives me the ability to control the temperature in the room I spend most of my time in.
