. I needed something that was extremely easy to install and as simple as possible. It also came with a 10G Cat7 UTP patch cord, which is quite expensive if bought separately. This is a cost-effective alternative to a 10G switch that works like clockwork. I was able to achieve 10G speed over copper cables for my workstation without any further adjustments. I installed this switch in a server room with an OM3 cable attached to it, just FYI. In any case, a good buy, I recommend.
