The fin broke after little use, the company does not respond to a request for a replacement

At first we really liked this paddleboard but unfortunately after little use the fin broke in the water although it was carefully secured and we did managed. don't bump into anything. We contacted the company to see if we could get a replacement but never received a response. We now have an unusable surfboard and are very unhappy with the customer service from this company.
