It's all as pictured, a backplate that seems to fit Manny's proper motherboards. The only problem is that it does NOT come with screws, bolts or anything and you will have to find a fixing solution yourself. You will need M3 screws with a .50 pitch that are about half an inch long. You will also need shims to supplement and rubber braces to counteract vibration. What, as they say. I used this to replace those horrible dart clips that come with LGA 1150 CPU heatsinks. Now I can't overclock my CPU to 41c. Tried a stress test, even two. Nothing. It's great, but some assembly is required, buyers beware. Also, it doesn't like working with you when you're trying to install it, so I taped it to the back of the motherboard while I assembled it. Use electrical or non-conductive tape for this. TLDR: Step M3 0.50. Screws, washers, tape and a firm hold for your sanity.
