I ran about 3 miles a day, circuit trained and ate very clean (oatmeal, MUFA etc.) and I couldn't lose more than 6 pounds of raw weight in a few months . My starting weight was 178. I took it with Forskolin and lost 15 pounds in a few months. In my opinion it was absolutely worth it. However, you must watch your diet. Many foods that were popular for weight loss just a few years ago are now on the "badβ list. And pills don't work if you don't eat right and exercise.
