Review on Beyond 20/20 Crime Insight by Radney Taala

I like that you can quickly pull up reports to see what's happening across the country or in your state. Sometimes there are errors when pulling up your report, but as long as I refresh it is fixed. Also, if you click on a link it will not take you there - just refreshes in another page. It is free to use, but only allows for 8 queries per month so you would have to pay for more if you need that. We are solving our problems of knowing how our business and other businesses around us in the same state are performing at any given time. The ability to pull in multiple sources of data from across agencies and geographies is nice. It's easy to use and has a good interface. I have not found anything that I dislike about this software. I would like to be able to pull in more information from other departments. I am working with the State Police and we are trying to get better insight into the types of crimes and offenders involved in our jurisdiction. This software allows us to do just that.
